Tiny Mirrors

Images of my life appear on shattered glass
Tiny Mirrors in my mind
reflections of good times
and painful memories.
They float like a cyclone
showing their reflection, and then go by,
only to follow the same course again.

I try to form the shards into
a picture
of what my future holds.
Yet, the more I do
the faster they spin.

  1. Hold on to the present. Let go of the past. Don’t worry about the future. The future will take care of itself. This way you won’t miss what is going on in the present.
